Sheila Hamilton, President (7/1998). Sheila Hamilton founded Getting It Done Association Management Company in 1998. Previous to this undertaking, Sheila was the Assistant Executive Director of the American Council of Engineering Councils of Arizona, the Arizona Society of Professional Engineers, and the Executive Director of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors Association (6 years each). She has more than 18 years of experience in association management and 3 years experience in hospitality convention services. She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (www.asaecenter.org) and Vistage (www.vistage.com), sits on the Board of Directors for the Light Rail Chamber of Commerce and has received numerous awards for innovative ideas, membership growth, sales of books and merchandise, and non-profit fundraising efforts. Shelley Lloyd, CEO (8/2006). Previous to joining Getting It Done Association Management Company in 2006, Shelley was the Director of Support Services for an independently owned group of physicians and medical facilities. As part of the Senior Leadership team, Shelley was an integral part of strategic planning and carrying out the direction set forth by the Board of Directors. In addition, she was part of an Advisory Board for a local technical college. While working with many different association website content management providers (software), she received a website training certificate from Affiniscape website content management provider. Nancy Lutey, Account Manager (3/2014). Prior to joining Getting It Done Association Management Company in 2014, Nancy worked in the electric utility industry for over 25 years for Arizona Public Service Company as their Corporate Real Estate Manager. Nancy has a MBA and a Master’s of Corporate Real Estate (MCR). Nancy is a licensed real estate agent and is a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors.
